We established the company San Andres Apartment in 2005 when we moved to Seville from London. We love the city and spotted a gap in the holiday rental market for high spec, quality apartments with their own private terrace to get the full benefit of the year round good weather. After a long search, we found "the one" in the centre of Seville.
As most of the apartments in Seville are managed by holiday letting companies, which have lots of apartments to manage, they do not have the time to add that personal touch as we do at San Andres Apartment. We have made every effort to ensure your total satisfaction with the apartment during your stay in Seville. We offer you much more than a four or five stars hotel - you will have total privacy and peacefulness, in the centre of Seville. We chose carefully the hand made Moroccan furniture, the lighting for atmosphere and a welcome basket for everything you need to start your holiday. We are sure that you will enjoy the comfortable and tasteful interior and take advantage of the good weather, eating alfresco, sunbathing or relaxing in the jacuzzi (heated for winter) on the two private terraces. You will have your own fully equipped kitchen and an outside barbecue is available as well. Feeling too hot or tired from sight seeing? Take a dip in the jacuzzi with a glass of wine and enjoy the spectacular views over Seville.
Seville is a great place for tourism as the weather is 95% of the time clear blue skies and sun. It is a city full of history but as well there are lots of places to party. You can combine your stay in Seville with visits to the beaches just an hour away, or trips to other nearby cities in Spain like Granada, Cordoba, Jerez or Cadiz. The surrounding Sierras and Natural Parks offer great walking possibilities and if these hills are not high enough for you, the Sierra Nevada takes you to around 3000 meters above sea level. Still not sure? What about a visit to another continent - Africa. Take a bus or car to Tarifa and then after a mere 30 minutes boat journey, you will be sipping your mint tea and haggling for a carpet in Tangier, Morocco.
